Rate FAQ's When is check-in and check-out? For weekly rentals: Check-in 3pm, Saturday Check-out 10am, Saturday For other rentals: Contact us What is the Payment and Cancellation policy? 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to start of rental. If you need to cancel your reservation, any amounts paid are refunded ONLY IF we are able to re-rent the property. We will refund the amount of rent we receive minus a fee not to exceed $150. How much is the security deposit? $400 due 30 days prior to start of rental. How much is your cleaning fee? The cleaning fee is $100. What forms of payment are acceptable? Checks and money orders are accepted. | ||||||||||||
